I became licensed and registered to practice Massage Therapy in March of 2010 after graduating from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY. At OSTM, I received an education that not only focused on traditional massage techniques but supported the practice of massage as an effective medical treatment. Since then, I have built a practice that is personalized to suit every client's individual needs. Whether your goal is pain-management, stress relief, or overall health, massage can help every one from every walk of life.
I am passionate about encouraging a "conservative" approach to healthcare, beginning medical treatment with non-invasive techniques. I believe that massage therapy, being a highly-effective yet non-invasive treatment, should be your first step toward wellness. I will help guide you to find the best massage treatment for you, your body and your lifestyle, so we can get you pain-free and healthy as quickly as possible! Recently, I moved my practice to Integrative Massage Associates of Albany. The massage therapists at IMA hold themselves to the highest professional standards, and are dedicated to helping their clients achieve an overall healthier and happier lifestyle. In addition to massage, I spend my leisure time painting, practicing yoga, and researching my favorite historical sites. My life is all about connecting to my core, my "roots", and I adopt the same philosophy into my massage practice. I look forward to helping you on your path to wellness! |
